Pivot. Doesn't open. Rotates.
Pivot changes the very perception of the door. The canvas rotates around a displaced axis and turns an ordinary passage into an architectural movement - calm, large-scale and unexpectedly light.
Architecture in motion
Sometimes the door must be an event.
Not a decorative object. Not with a loud accent. And part of the architecture that you notice precisely at the moment of movement.
In Pivot, the axis of rotation is shifted relative to the usual edge of the door. Thanks to this, the opening is perceived differently: part of the canvas moves forward, part back, and the passage itself becomes a spatial gesture.

A displaced axis changes everything
One canvas. Two directions of movement.
-
01
Axis
The axis is not necessarily located at the very edge of the canvas.
-
02
Push
When opened, one part of the door moves forward.
-
03
Counter
The second part simultaneously goes in the opposite direction.
-
04
Rotate
The canvas rotates around the selected axis.
-
05
Space
The door becomes part of the spatial scenario of the room.
Movement becomes architecture
You can see a beautiful door. I want to open a good one.
The real impression of Pivot doesn't come from the photo. It appears at the moment when a large canvas begins to move.
Before design
The main thing about Pivot in simple words.
Pivot looks simple. This is why the design requirements are particularly high.
How is Pivot different from a regular door?
A regular door is secured at the edge and rotates on side hinges. With Pivot, the axis can be shifted inside the blade.
Is it possible to make a high Pivot door?
Yes, Pivot is especially interesting for architectural openings. But the permissible size always depends on the design, material, weight of the web and the chosen mechanics.
Can glass be used?
Yes. Glass and aluminum profile allow you to maintain visual lightness even with a large canvas.
Is it possible to make a double Pivot?
The possibility of such a composition is determined by the project, dimensions and selected system.
Scandinavian or Pivot?
Scandinavian is primarily an architectural language of glass, aluminum and geometry. Pivot describes a way of moving. These ideas can exist in the same project.
Do I need to know the position of the axis in advance?
No. This is part of the design. For the first conversation, a photograph, dimensions or visualization of the interior is enough.
What to send for consultation?
Photo of the opening, approximate dimensions and, if available, a plan or design project.
Want Pivot?
Show me first space.
For Pivot, it is especially important to see the entire interior: height, width, proportions and surrounding materials.
There is no need to select the mechanism or calculate the axis yourself. Show us the opening - we'll start with the architecture.
For the first step, only your name and phone number are required.
